Customised cover „Form H2 ZIP“ - With roll-up front for beach chair, shelf & technology
Some things in the garden, on the patio or in the workshop need to be accessible at all times. Removing and replacing the entire protective cover every day is time-consuming and annoying. The Form H2 ZIP is the smart solution: it combines a water-repellent slope (two different heights) with a front section that can be opened completely.
Thanks to two waterproof zips on the left and right, the front can be conveniently rolled up and secured at the top with integrated Velcro fasteners. This gives you immediate access while the object remains protected.
Customised for beach chairs, shelving and technology
Thanks to the clever roll-up front, this protective cover is the perfect companion for everything that needs to be quickly accessible in everyday life. Whether for relaxing in the garden, storing wood or protecting sensitive appliances - the Form H2 ZIP offers countless possible uses:
Outdoor oases & relaxation
Make yourself comfortable without having to remove the cover completely! Ideal for beach chairs. Simply roll up the front, relax sheltered from the wind and close the basket again in the evening in two easy steps to make it weatherproof.
Storage & organisation
Protect wood racks (firewood racks), open shelves, cupboards and sideboards on the terrace. You can remove dry wood or tools at any time, while the rest remains optimally protected.
Workshop, machines & 3D printing
Dust, chips and moisture are the biggest enemies of expensive equipment. The H2 ZIP shape offers customised protection for machines in the workshop or industrial hall as well as for sensitive 3D printers. Thanks to the slope (H2), condensation or dirt can slide off, while the roll-up front gives you full access to the control panel at all times - without having to remove the protective cover.
Uncompromising impermeability: Oxford 600D & sealed seams
A zip is often a weak point - not with us.
- Waterproof zips: We use special coated zips at the front that reliably block out rain and moisture.
- 100% Tight (taped seams): All seams of the cover are sealed from the inside.
- Hard-wearing & tear-resistant: The Oxford 600D polyester can withstand the rigours of everyday life in the garden and industry.
Configuration & The right mounting
Measure the width, depth and the two heights (H1 and H2) in order to precisely map the slope of your object (e.g. the sloping roof of a wooden stand or beach chair). Select the appropriate bottom end:
- Rubber cord all round: Ideal for machines or cabinets to quickly fix the cover at the bottom.
- Eyelets (with reinforced hem): The storm-proof solution for beach chairs and garden swings that are left outside all year round.
Expert tip: 2 cm buffer for the front!
Make sure you allow for an extra 2-3 cm in width and depth. This „air“ is particularly important for the ZIP version: it takes the tension off the zips and ensures that the zips can still be opened and closed smoothly and without jamming even after years of use.
Why the H2 ZIP mould is the smartest choice
- Access at any time: Two waterproof zips and Velcro fastening - roll up the front and use the device or piece of furniture immediately.
- Two different heights (H1/H2) ensure that rainwater on cupboards or shelves runs off immediately.
- Versatile protection: From sensitive machines and 3D printers in the workshop to wooden stands in the garden.
- Premium quality Made in EU: Handmade to measure from tear-resistant Oxford 600D. No long waiting times, highest processing standards.
FAQ +
How do I measure the two heights (H1 and H2) for my object correctly?
H1 stands for the lower height (usually at the front), H2 for the higher side (usually at the back). This difference creates the important slope so that rainwater on your beach chair or shelf runs off immediately. Measure your object precisely and be sure to add approx. 2 to 3 cm to the width and depth (allowance). This takes the strain off the zip fasteners.
Are the zips on the front really waterproof?
Yes, absolutely. We use specially coated, waterproof zips for the Form H2 ZIP. In combination with the extremely dense Oxford 600D fabric and the taped seams on the inside, the interior - whether expensive machine, sensitive 3D printer or dry firewood in the wood rack - remains reliably protected from moisture.
Do I have to remove the cover completely if I need something from the cupboard?
No, that's exactly what this mould was developed for! You simply open the two zips, roll up the front section and fasten it with the sewn-in Velcro fasteners. This gives you full access to your shelf, cupboard or tools in seconds without having to laboriously remove the protective cover.
Can the zips withstand frost in winter?
Yes, our made-to-measure products (Made in EU) are completely winterproof. The aforementioned allowance of 2-3 cm is so important to ensure that the zips glide smoothly and do not jam even in sub-zero temperatures. This means that the bonnet is not under extreme tension when the material becomes slightly stiffer in the cold.
